I'm a software engineer from Monmouth County, NJ who writes about AI, the paranormal, hockey, food, and politics.

What I'm building

I'm currently building something I call Enhasa — an AI-assisted consciousness exploration studio. The centerpiece is the DREAM Unit: a closed acoustic chamber where participants lie down, put on an EEG headset, and let a system I built take over. Real-time brainwave data drives binaural audio, ambient lighting, haptic feedback, and AI-generated voice guidance — all adapting live to push toward sustained theta states.

The proof of concept is currently running out of my basement. I was inspired to build it mainly because getting down to the Monroe Institute in Virginia is expensive and hard to do as a Dad and Husband from New Jersey.

This is where I think out loud. You'll find posts on AI (I use it constantly, I'm skeptical of the hype - both things are true), the paranormal, hockey, food, and whatever rabbit hole I fell into that week. The through-line is genuine curiosity — I write about things because they actually interest me, not because they're good for SEO.
